Bajari

The West Indian Cultural Show will contain an array of live performances from various student groups. Performances will serve to showcase and highlight the mixed culture and multiple ethnicities from within the West Indies.

Students are invited to “willie-bounce”, “wine”, and “wuk-up” to reggae, calypso, and dancehall music! The explosive fusion of Caribbean sounds will be presented by DJ Stylez.

Battle of the Bands for Spring Fling! Demo due by 4/2

“Wesleyan’s annual Battle of the Bands is taking place on April 8th at Eclectic House! The winning band will open for Spring Fling on May 5th. Please email a demo (2 songs) to wessocialcommittee@gmail.com by Saturday, April 2nd. Bands chosen to compete will be announced by the following Monday.

Auditions for New Co-ed A Cappella Group — Thurs. & Fri.

Notably Sharp, a brand new co-ed a cappella group, is holding auditions this week. Wesleyan’s best-dressed a cappella group is looking for all years and all voice parts. Auditions will be held this Thursday and Friday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Usdan 110. Come with enthusiasm and a song.  Contact Eli Timm ’13 at etimm@wesleyan.edu for more info.
