WSA: Financial Aid Comm. Members Needed

financial aidDo you have ideas on how to make Financial Aid more understandable for students and families?  Does your experience give you a special insight onhow the process could be made less stressful for all involved?

The WSA and the Financial Aid Office are forming a committee to work on ways to make the process more understandable andeasier for all involved.  Issues like how and when forms are submitted and helping families with limited knowledge or experience with technology will be discussed.

Though the WSA is always pushing for increased support for Financial Aid, this committee will be working on making Financial Aid dollars work best for students within the current budget environment.

If you’re receiving financial aid and interested in serving on this new committee please send a brief statement of interest to bspahn@wesleyan.edu by Thursday at 5 p.m..

Best, Bradley Spahn, Co-Chair, Financial Aid Advisory Committee
